Actual Texts / Testimonials
“Solid case, torqued to over 60+… guide was awesome”
Dr. Shane Wingler, Wilkesboro, NC
Pt presented with very soft bone. Average Hu value along the implant trajectory is 290L and 295R.
Despite this challenge, Dr. Wingler was able to achieve loadable torque at both pterygoid implant sites using my 3D planned and guided approach, recording torque values of 60+ncm at each pterygoid site.

“It was awesome… thank you so much, this will be a regular thing!”
Dr. Dixie Jernigan, Venice FL
Very grateful to Dixie Jernigan, DMD from Venice Florida, for her very generous remarks and her excitement for achieving surgical success using my pterygoid implant plan and guide for a recent all on 4 case. She had become familiar with the ease and complete demystification of quad zygomatic cases that my first zygomatic implant guide design and sequential protocol fully facilitate, as they are featured in the instruction taught in the hands-on workshop session at one of the world’s top implant teaching institutes, where she attended a recent zygomatic implant course. Very honored to be able to be a part of how she cares for her patients.

About FullArchGuide.com

As part of the core administration of one of the world’s top multi-specialty teaching institutes in implant dentistry, I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to personally attend over 4000hrs of CE course instruction in a wide range of oral surgery modalities.
This is in addition to the thousands of hours spent actively involved in the development of course curriculum from a deep clinical perspective as well as in most every other role related to creating, administering and refining entire oral surgery/implant dentistry CE course programs, both in-person and online.
Perhaps more enriching have been the more than 500 surgical cases that I have been present for as a clinical videographer and the many hundreds of edited instructional derivatives I’ve produced from these surgical cases. These have required deep and detailed knowledge of most contemporary surgical and prosthetic protocols, their sequences, rationale, indications, contraindications, complications, instrumentation and more.
My first 3D-planned guide design and surgical protocol for guided zygomatic implant placement have been in use and proven successful for the past 4 years at the first ZAGA center in North America and have been taught to hundreds of clinicians at one of the most esteemed surgical teaching institutes in the world.
Always Happy to Discuss Your Case or Any Questions You May Have.

Demystify Zygomatic Implant Placement
Reduce the risks related to your zygomatic implant cases with a precision-optimized treatment plan and the ability to easily transfer that optimized treatment plan to the patient intraoperatively, for the safest and most predictable outcomes.
As Clinical Media Director for one of the world’s most renowned teaching oral surgeons, I’ve critically studied hundreds of surgical cases and been present for a great many zygomatic implant cases.
After observing the common risks and complications associated with full arch and zygomatic implant placement, one morning in the shower, the idea came and I devised a zygomatic implant guide design and corresponding sequential surgical protocol that quantifies most all of the space management and anatomical variables and sets the implant insertion path trajectory for safe, confident implant placement.
My treatment planning, guide design and surgical protocol have been in use and proven successful for the past 3 years at the first ZAGA center in North America and has been taught to hundreds of surgeons at one of the most esteemed surgical teaching institutes in the world.

Surgery Videography
Do you have notable cases you’d like professionally documented with video? In most cases you only get one “take”. My specialized chairside surgery video rig and 15 years of shooting, editing and producing clinical content ensure that your surgical procedure will be recorded in its entirety, without missing a step and without constant interruption.
In my 12 years as clinical media director of one of the world’s top implant dentistry teaching institutes, I’ve shot and edited over 500 surgical cases. This experience is worth noting as I am well versed in most sequential surgical protocols related to implant dentistry and capture surgeries completely and beautifully without surgeons having to slow down or become distracted in the need to give much direction. You focus on providing your best surgical care and I’ll capture every nuance, then edit for best possible presentation.
Hybridized 3D Post Op Imaging
Gain vastly improved post operative perspective for verifying implant position and engagement. Using a hybridization of pre and post op CT data, we can verify implants’ actual, precise locations within the patient anatomy, instead of relying only on scatter-obscured post op CT scans or 2D panoramic radiographs, take advantage of 3D hybridized post op imaging that gives you a clear and precise perspective for best possible outcomes and understanding for you and your patients.
